We know our site looks a bit confused, but please bear with us. In any case, when it comes to drugs, we are nowhere near as confused as most governments around the world are. We sincerely hope that the various links in the site will help people solve their own confusion regarding the criminalization of certain substances. We all feel a bit lost anyway, as 30 years of propaganda supported by an increasing array of intrusive and illogical legislations have rendered rational thinking on the topic very difficult.
It does seem that governments worldwide have forgotten a very simple principle that should be followed when enacting a piece of criminal legislation. This principle is as follows:
"Vices are not crimes...It is a maxim of the law that there can be no crime without a criminal intent; that is, without the intent to invade the person or property of another. But no one ever practises a vice with any such criminal intent. He practises his vice for his own happiness solely, and not from any malice toward others"
