In the case of clothing items, this information includes complete presentation of measurements for all designs and for each available size. However should you not be satisfied with your ordered item(s) in any way, we do accept returns within 15 days of the date of its shipment, provided you pay the return shipping costs. Simply send us back the item in perfect condition, along with a printed copy of the transaction approval email from PayPal, as well as the shipment confirmation email from paraphernalia™, and we will refund you within 30 days from the receipt of the return.

paraphernalia™ will replace any product that does not correspond to your order or give you a refund. Please email us of the error within 2 business days of the receipt of the defected or non-conform product, and have it send back to us within 15 days of its shipment, along with a printed copy of the email from PayPal confirming the transaction of your payment.
