Drugs kill! And no drug is more dangerous than the mix of power and dump conservatism ingested daily by the prison guards disguised as civil servants of one of the bloodiest legal system in the world. Singapore: A shallow dictatorship wearing an Armani suit.

TWO Britons have been arrested in Singapore as police allegedly smashed a major drug ring.

British-born magazine editor Nigel Bruce Simmonds, 35, was among 23 people held in raids against suspected traffickers and their clients which police said netted seizures of cocaine, Ecstasy, marijuana and methamphetamine.

Singapore has some of the world’s strictest - and most thoroughly enforced - drug laws with three of the syndicate’s alleged ringleaders potentially facing execution.
