Of course, it could only be a pot dealer....no such thing as a fat meth user :)

A 22-stone drug dealer from Stourbridge was found with cannabis stored in his rolls of fat when police searched him.

Man mountain Madassar Javid was arrested in the early hours of February 27 this year after police watched him handing something to three youths. Prosecutor Mr Walter Bealby told Wolverhampton Crown Court the officers found a herbal substance in his right hand before conducting a body search.

"They then found 13 wraps of cannabis in his folds of fat," he said. Around £2,500 and a list of names and money owed was also found on him.

Javid, aged 25, of Bank Street, Lye, told officers after his arrest the drugs were for his own use and the cash was from a nearby taxi firm where he worked.

He was bailed but just over two weeks later, on March 18, he was chased by officers who had spotted him dealing and watched him discard several items from his pockets.

They recovered several wraps of cannabis. He was charged with two counts of possessing cannabis with intent to supply and pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing.

Defending him, Mr Jas Mann told the court Javid was a "reasonably pleasant young man" who had spent 113 days in custody already.

Judge Nicholas Webb sentenced him to a two year community rehabilitation order.

"It is only because of the time you have served in prison that I am not imposing a custodial sentence. This is not a message to other dealers that they will be treated lightly by the courts," he said.
