New York, June 18 : Rap star Missy Elliot has admitted to having done drugs during a recent trip to Jamaica.

"What's up with everyone? Sorry if I sound kind of weird but I just had a Jamaican brownie - some of you might know what I'm 'bout," Femalefirst.com quoted the singer as saying.

This shocked journalists present because Elliot, 33, has always taken a vehement anti-drugs stand.

"All my life I never had one. When I was 15, I would have said I would never try weed. So you know never say never."
