Unpatriotic lies..... we have to support the troops. Rumsfeld said so :) Plus, they are heroes, and heroes don't take drugs, only losers do

Almost 250 service members from the U.S. Seventh Fleet at Yokosuka Naval Base tested positive for drug use over a three-year period, according to Pacific Stars and Stripes.
According to Stars and Stripes, 111 positive drug tests were produced in 2002, 82 the following year and 51 last year.
Many of those found using drugs were young service members and the most common contraband used were marijuana and ecstasy.
U.S. Navy authorities believe the drugs are getting on base through two routes, one by abuse of the postal service and the other through dealers in Japanese entertainment districts like Tokyo's Roppongi.
A base insider said many service members are testing positive is providing samples early in the week, suggesting they had been taking drugs on weekends. (Mainichi Shimbun, March 5, 2005)
